Headquartered near Chicago, in Hoffman Estates, Illinois, Acquest is a full service title agency offering residential, commercial, construction escrow, foreclosure and attorney services on a national basis through the Fidelity National Agency Program. Acquest Title is underwritten by Chicago Title and Fidelity National, both part of the Fidelity Financial family of companies, the strongest and most financially stable title insurance underwriter in the country. Acquest is one of Fidelity’s largest agents in the Midwest.

Acquest Title maintains the strictest internal controls in both underwriting and escrow operations. Per Illinois law, all Escrow funds are protected by Closing Protection Letters issued by our Underwriters. Fidelity National Title Group audits our underwriting and escrow procedures on a regular basis and Acquest Title always receives the highest marks. Escrow funds are held at Citibank where the latest available technology is used to protect customer funds. Escrow accounts are reconciled daily by an outside independent publically held company, SoftPro Corp., which specializes in title insurance technology.
